Truth in Focus collects only information reasonably needed to operate the site, respond to readers, maintain security, and provide requested services. Depending on which site features are enabled, this can include information submitted through contact forms, email addresses, newsletter preferences, basic server/security logs, and cookies used by WordPress or enabled services.

Website contact submissions are stored in the private Truth in Focus newsroom inbox and may also generate an email notification. Do not submit confidential or sensitive material until confidentiality arrangements have been discussed.

Truth in Focus does not sell reader contact information. Third-party services, embeds, analytics, email delivery, or cookie-management tools may have their own privacy practices. This page should be updated whenever those services materially change.
